JBoss2.4.4_Tomcat-4.0.1 final + Apache integration

Hi all,
Has anyone been able to integrate Apache with JBoss2.4.4_Tomcat-4.0.1 final??
I've made the appropriate changes to jboss.jcml and http.conf.
I get the following error from the mod_webapp module-
"Web-application not yet deployed"
- so it looks as though something is happening.
I have read all the forum messages relating to this and it looks as though it is a problem. Does anyone know if there is a fix in the works?? Or is there a trick I'm missing??

From what I have been able to piece together from this forum and the mail archive at Apache, mod_webapp will not work with Jboss2.4.4_Tomcat4.0.1. According to the base docs (a bargain at 9.99), you should be able to use mod_jk, but as a number of postings have stated, this does not seem to work either.

Best advice, drop back to Jboss2.4.4_tomcat3.2.3 bundle and use mod_jk.

Yes, dropping back was my next course of action. This post is just a hopeful last ditch effort:). Tomcat 4 seems to be a little faster.

I was able to get Apache working with Jboss-2.4.4 + Tomcat-4.0.1 using mod_jk.

I found the answer here:http://www.jboss.org/modules/bb/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=forums/ use mod_jk like you would with Tomcat 3.2.3 (see the Tomcat docs for details - not jboss docs)
then per the above thread the code in your jboss.jcml should be:

The trick is in the config attribute.
