1. Re: server 4.2.1 and tomcat 6.x
peterj Oct 2, 2007 12:46 PM (in response to orisun)The directory you are looking for is called jboss-web.deployer in 4.2.1. That directory contains a jsf-libs directory which has the JSF JARs. Note that this is Sun's JSF implementation, not MyFaces.

orisun Oct 4, 2007 9:22 AM (in response to orisun)Thanks Peter...
But how is it possible to see, which container is used by JbossApplicationServer (When you open the jmx-console, you can see Tomcat as a link). And how is it possible to change it??
I read now some documentations of Jboss 4.0.x and I hope, I understand more about the backround how it works.
Thanks for any help or idea.. -

peterj Oct 4, 2007 11:31 AM (in response to orisun)I do not understand your question. JBoss AS 4.2.1 embeds a variation of Tomcat 6 (see the JBoss Web Server project). Are you saying that you want to replace this Web container with another one?

orisun Oct 4, 2007 1:08 PM (in response to orisun)Hi...
Excuse me, my english is not so good.
No I dont want replace anything.
I want understand how AS 4.2.1 works.
I didnt find a documentation for AS 4.2.1 and I read heer, that there is not a documentation for it.
What I do, I compare AS 4.0.5 and AS 4.2.1 for better understanding.
Thank you very much for your help Peter.. -
