    server 4.2.1 and tomcat 6.x

      Hi..
I m using Jboss App Server 4.0.5 for my Myfaces application with ejb 3.0.
Now I would like upgrade to Jboss 4.2.1. I downloaded it and get it run without my application.
I can't find the tomcat installation folder (like in 4.0.5). There is not any files calls tomcat or something like this, so there is not any jsf-impl or api.
Can any one give me an idea, how can I get a server version with tomcat 6.x. Or a document which explains how can I integrate tomcat in jboss server 4.2.x.
      thanks for help...

The directory you are looking for is called jboss-web.deployer in 4.2.1. That directory contains a jsf-libs directory which has the JSF JARs. Note that this is Sun's JSF implementation, not MyFaces.

            Thanks Peter...
But how is it possible to see, which container is used by JbossApplicationServer (When you open the jmx-console, you can see Tomcat as a link). And how is it possible to change it??
I read now some documentations of Jboss 4.0.x and I hope, I understand more about the backround how it works.
Thanks for any help or idea..

I do not understand your question. JBoss AS 4.2.1 embeds a variation of Tomcat 6 (see the JBoss Web Server project). Are you saying that you want to replace this Web container with another one?

                Hi...
Excuse me, my english is not so good.
No I dont want replace anything.
I want understand how AS 4.2.1 works.
I didnt find a documentation for AS 4.2.1 and I read heer, that there is not a documentation for it.
What I do, I compare AS 4.0.5 and AS 4.2.1 for better understanding.
Thank you very much for your help Peter..
