1. Re: I am having problems in startuing EJB3 preview 4
vimalkansal Mar 21, 2005 5:20 PM (in response to bill.burke)Hi Bill,
Bill,
I am really sorry that my comment about Oracle caused a misunderstanding. Believe me, it was not meant as some sort of comparison or as a derogatory remark towards JBoss EJB30 preview. If you read further, I, in fact, very categorically mentioned JBoss is my "first love". Moreover, I have already reported many wrong or non implementations in Oracles's EJB30 preview to them and expressed my displeasure with their claim that theirs is a full implementation of EJB30 draft 2.
But still I offer my sincere apologies for causing the discomfort. Believe me I have been a great fan of JBoss and I promote its usage whichever organisation I happen to work for.

vimalkansal Mar 21, 2005 7:16 PM (in response to bill.burke)Actually I looked for the file "remoting-service.xml " and I did not find it. So I think as you mentioned I should be fine by ignoring the stack trace. I will now try running the samples.

6. Re: I am having problems in startuing EJB3 preview 4
vimalkansal Mar 22, 2005 7:26 PM (in response to bill.burke)Actually I redeployed the sp1 and preview. It appears in my previous attempts, I missed one step of the installation instructions. But right now everything is working just superb.
Thanks
