mputz Jun 19, 2007 7:01 AM (in response to dabd)@dabd, Ronald's reaction is quite understandable, given the fact that you have posted almost the same question yesterday already: http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=111219
Hey, you even found a solution to it...! Could it be that you forgot it in the meantime? ;-) -

Later I found out that my "solution" was not correct since I get the same error with a proxy configured in my web browser. To solve the problem I simply removed the DTD line, but I don't think this is the best solution. My mistake was in creating a different thread for the same subject, and for that I owe the forum my apologies. -
5. Re: Unable to start websale process
mputz Jun 19, 2007 8:43 AM (in response to dabd)ok, removing the <!DOCTYPE...> line would be one option, another one is discussed in this thread http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=104043&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=10 , passing the proxy information to the server at server startup.
In the meantime, I have found that the code where the xml parsing is done has been fixed to work without dtd validation as well last month already, so this will work out-of-the-box with a future release of the jBPM web-console. -

Ok. I've been playing with jbpm for 1 week and it is very frustrating for a beginner to find the correct jbpm suite and jboss ide/exadel etc that just work.
Once I fix the <!DOCTYPE...> line how do I deploy the websale application?
I ran ant to rebuild the project and I see a websale.jpdl file in the target directory. I can't find instructions on how to deploy this file.
Thanks. -

jbosslim Jun 20, 2007 4:08 AM (in response to dabd)I'm a newbie too, I've played around the web console, and I'm able to deploy the new process definition using the Eclipse plug-in. It is simple and easy to deploy the new process definition. All GUI based.
Howver, I'm still stuck with the correct procedure on how to add this jbpm into my current web application in Jboss4.0.4GA. sigh......... -

kukeltje Jun 20, 2007 9:52 AM (in response to dabd)it was not arrogance, it was frustration.... (and it still is)
STFF first, make good reports (what you did, why, what not, what you found etc...etc...etc...etc...) doing that is a sign of wisdom
oh and jbosslim... please do not hijack thereads about a different subject -
