If you grab the "latest" link, you should be able to get the XML from that (2nd option on menu at top)

If you take the latest Kosmos version from the SVN HEAD, it's completely rewritten: not working on local logfiles, but downloads the HTML pages and grabs the embedded XML documents directly from the HTML code.
The configuration is straightforward, you just need to pass in the comma-separated list of the URLs of your "Build Result" pages like:

BTW be prepared for quite strange results, as the log generated by CruiseControl is sometimes invalid or produces interesting results like:
