1) Download it http://www.jboss.org/jbossrichfaces/downloads/
2) Unpack somewhere
3) Add all *.jars (lib/richfaces-api-3.2.2.SR1.jar, lib/richfaces-impl-3.2.2.SR1.jar, richfaces-ui-3.2.2.SR1.jar ) as "Class Library"
Add ./apidocs folder as javadoc
4) Add newly created library to your webapplication
All the libraries you have created (apache commons and richfaces) should be in your project and "package" check box should be selected. -

Sometimes with lags though, but still.
