konstantin.mishin Apr 30, 2010 11:33 AM (in response to pgier)Can you tell me which dependency fails?
For examle: http://download.java.net/maven/2/com/sun/faces/jsf-api/2.0.3-SNAPSHOT/
Can you download this dependency if you go to it directly through a browser?
I can download it from download.java.net through a browser or through a maven with default setting.xml.

3. Re: problem with snapshots from proxy repositories
pgier Apr 30, 2010 11:49 AM (in response to konstantin.mishin)Looks like the issue is because the current proxy repo in Nexus is configured to download only releases from that remote repo. So I'll probably have add a new proxy repo that will handle the snapshots. I created JBBUILD-609 to address this issue.

4. Re: problem with snapshots from proxy repositories
jbalunas Apr 30, 2010 12:43 PM (in response to pgier)Thanks Paul.
Since hudson is setup with the developer settings.xml I think nearly every build that needs snapshots will need this.
Obviously we wil not ship with snapshots, but it is common to use them during development.
Any idea when this will be fixed?

pgier Apr 30, 2010 2:50 PM (in response to jbalunas)Hi Jay, I fixed it right after posting my comment .
You can see it in the jira issue listed above. Adding that repo to the developer group in Nexus makes it automatically available for Hudson as well.
