1. Re: Creating rich:calendar dynamically in h:datatable
nbelaevski May 26, 2010 5:27 AM (in response to curioushard)Hi,
It's possible to create RF components the same way as any other JSF components, use:

6. Re: Creating rich:calendar dynamically in h:datatable
curioushard May 26, 2010 11:49 AM (in response to nbelaevski)thanks .. i got Calendar class n i can use it accordingly.. but one more question. according to my scenario i want to create a datatable having two columns 1st would have outputtext, and 2nd column would be inputtext, combo, or calendar (one for each row) e.g
Header 1 Header 2 Site to be visited [input field for the name] Date [calendar to select a date] like above... means how to create multiple rows of fixed number of columns. currently i can iterate over the object having two things (column1, column2) and column2 contains the condition based on which i have to choose b/w input n calendar etc.

7. Re: Creating rich:calendar dynamically in h:datatable
ilya_shaikovsky May 27, 2010 2:12 AM (in response to curioushard)maybe it would be easier not to create components dynamically but create set of facelet tags with the inputs which could be used and use include component in column with params for value and so on and manage include src dynamically according to the type of input required for that row.

8. Re: Creating rich:calendar dynamically in h:datatable
curioushard May 27, 2010 2:18 AM (in response to ilya_shaikovsky)Hmmm.. i also came to the same conclusion that its better to have such components there in the table and should be rendered according to given condition of component type....
thanks alot to all who replied .. this was my first discussion on this board and was quite helpfull...
