1. Re: rich:panelMenuItem not working with IE7
cmathrusse Mar 18, 2009 4:01 PM (in response to cmathrusse)After looking at this closely and viewing the source, it appears that IE is complaining about some generated javascript. Specifically, the following:
for (var i = 0;i < adp.length;i++)
Apparently IE does not like the embedded space following the less than symbol,Line Number 181, Column 123

nbelaevski Mar 18, 2009 4:43 PM (in response to cmathrusse)Hello,
It is not recommended to use forward AJAX navigation. If you definitely need that, please try 3.3.1-snapshot; it should work there. -

cmathrusse Mar 18, 2009 9:20 PM (in response to cmathrusse)We'll, I am using 3.3.1 and I'm having the problem. Could you elaborate on your statement:
It is not recommended to use forward AJAX navigation.
I would really like to understand if I am doing something that is incorrect.
Thanks... -

ilya_shaikovsky Mar 19, 2009 7:23 AM (in response to cmathrusse)We had known issues with forwarding via ajax controls. And the priority for such issues is low because ajax components designed to provide partial page updates within the same page. Navigation should be done:
1) via h:command*
2) via a4j controls. but the navigation case should be defined as redirect
3) via a4j controls within a4j:include component without any restrictions.
