The steps are:
1. import...
2. select "WSDL into Relational Source Model"
3. next
4. a warning message shown that "No Web Service Profiles Configured". I search in the documentation, but don't find the related topics.

I think Designer in 7.2 will have a "add" button for connection profile, however mean while you can open "Database Development" perspective in Eclipse, and right click on "Web Services Data Source" and create connection using the "WSDL" file first. Then come back to the "WSDL to Relational" importer in Teiid Desinger perspective to create the model, and select the the connection you created. Be sure to click "Validate WSDL" once you done this.
