Weather examples - How can I update jbossWS to 3.2 version

Hi,

I would run the weather example (web services), and I have the same problem with de old version of jbossWS 3.1. I've downloaded

jbossws-cxf-3.3.1.GA.zip but I don't know where I have to place it inside the jboss directory. Anyone can help me?

Check the Admin Guide, Chapter 1, Section 1.2. The 7.2 specific documents are not online yet, but if you downloaded the alpha version, there is "teiid-docs" directory with PDFs inside. Otherwise check for some instructions here. https://jira.jboss.org/browse/TEIID-1148

Thank you very much, it was very useful your answer, I could execute de SQL querys succesfully in the weather example.

I'm interesting in find another example, there are only two? I couldn't download the 7.2 alpha version, the .zip looks like be damaged. Perhaps I did something wrong.

Let us know if you see issue with the ZIP, we did not receive any complains from other members. On our web site there is a Quick Start example that may be interesting. Also, the examples we gave in Teiid were simple Teiid only using the Dynamic VDB, which helps with Data Integration.

However, if you are looking into Data Abstraction and creating view layers on top of the source data, check out the Teiid Designer a Eclipse based tool for designing VDBs that are consumed by Teiid Server. There are few more examples in there too.

Take look at some of the blogs and discussions to see what other community members are doing, how Teiid can be used to solve your data needs.
