TogglePanel in Ajax wizard not working

Hi,
I'm trying to use an rich:tooglePanel with switchType 'client' in a wizard with a4j:include. In step 4 I create the first instance of the panel. It's rendered, but the toggle functionality doesn't work. In firebug I see 'TogglePanelManager is not defined'. When I include a togglePanel in the surrounding page, the panel in the wizard page works.

Seems scripts not initialized properly on dynamical creation. Add additional togglePanel with rendered="false" on the main page as a workaround.
