I partially answered your question in https://community.jboss.org/message/726320. We test RichFaces components on various mobile phones and tablets, e.g. iPhone, iPad, Motorola Xoom. There should be no problem on any Android or iOS device.

Thank you again for answering to my question to tell you the truth i'm working now on a proof of concept concerning RichFaces4, that's why i'm so insistent on this point (i.e : Mobile development), so please if you have an offciel link or something like that which i would use as a proof of my words let me know pleaaase.
