1. Re: add MBean to web console 7.1
ssilvert Jul 24, 2012 11:19 AM (in response to sarahfr)What do you mean by that? Are you talking about your own application or the AS7 web console? What do you mean by "add a MBean"?

ssilvert Jul 24, 2012 12:43 PM (in response to sarahfr)1 of 1 people found this helpfulI guess it depends on what you want to see. There is some information in the web console. You can also use CLI GUI to browse more info that is not included in web console.
If you are wanting to manipulate MBeans you might also want to look into jconsole.
But if you want a better answer then you need to be more clear about exactly what you are trying to accomplish.

sarahfr Jul 25, 2012 4:09 AM (in response to ssilvert)thanks Stan,
my project is to develop an MBean (JMX API) to oversee the company jboss 7.1 server applications that eventually turns below where I work.
So the idea is to see if possible to recover data monitoring jboss servers in a dashboard specific to the company and also to see them in the RHQ project and in the web console;
thanks,
sarah

ssilvert Jul 25, 2012 12:34 PM (in response to sarahfr)1 of 1 people found this helpfulI'm pretty sure you will be able to monitor in RHQ and certainly in jconsole . I don't think web console will help you atm.
For the dashboard, I would look at how we integrated with jconsole. That should give you a good starting point.
