Notes on 8.0 Quick Start

I ran into two minor obstacles in getting the 8.0 Quick Start going that may be useful for other folks to be aware of:

1. On the page "Connecting to a VDB through JDBC" (https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/teiid80final/Connecting+to+a+VDB+through+JDBC) to properly work with the samples provided in the previous pages, all references to "Portfolio" should be to "DynamicPortfolio"
2. For the data to be accessible from outside the machine, the references to IP 127.0.0.1 need to be changes to 0.0.0.0 in the standalone-teiid.xlm file in standalone/configuration
