Failed to deploy resource adapter

I tried to deploy my resource adapter petrelconnector.rar file on JBoss AS, but I got this error:

Can anyone give me some clue?

What is the error in your server log?

After I added outbound-resourceadapter part in my ra.xml file, that error was gone, but still cant deploy it successfully, looks like the process is waiting for some response, but I don't what response I should give, here is the log in server.log:
