If your source is JDBC, these are supported OOTB. Otherwise it depends upon the type of the source. For example, file has replace based write, web-service you can write update service etc. If there are more than two sources involved in a single transaction, and if sources support XA then Teiid can do a two-phase commit using the transaction manager.
