    Native query functionality terms

    Steven Hawkins Master

We have two somewhat related native querying features - the native-query extension property used on tables/procedures/functions, and a native procedure that can be exposed to issue arbitrary statements.  Typically they support the same syntax for parameters (although we need to make some enhancements to better support vararg/array binding).

Their terminology seems too close together and leads to confusion in how they are supposed to be utilized.  Should we rename or otherwise clarify these features, such as referring to the native-query extension property as a "canned-query" or "source-template"?  Or should the native query procedure be renamed to a "direct query procedure"?
