There is no community source tree for AS7.3.
The current community versions is WildFly8 there is no further development on AS7.
EAP6.2 is the supported enterprise version of AS7 which is based on AS7.2 but for EAP there is support, patches and enhancement.
So you will get EAP6.2 and maybe further versions.
The versions are free for development, if you run it as a productional instance you need to have a subscription. Also you will be able to download the EAP sources in this case.

I understand but why do they state "EAP 6.2.0 Beta EAP built from AS 7.3"
If there is no 7.3, the statement "EAP 6.2.0 Beta EAP built from AS 7.3" is therefore incorrect because 7.3 does not exist, right ?

There are some misleading responses in this thread. EAP 6.2 is based on AS 7.3, but as Wolf stated, there is no community source tree for AS7.3.
