Frequent limited when answer question on GateIn community

I'm a commitor of GateIn project and following GateIn forum to support community. But I need each 1 hour to send only one answer. Is that privacy of my account? Who can help me change frequent limited of my account?

Edit: For some unknown reason, that forum doesn't show up in the list of forums to where the topic can be moved. I'll leave this thread in its current forum.

Could this be adjusted? I think the current setting is unreasonable. I have been posting for a couple of weeks in the Teiid forums but am only at 49 points.
