Microsoft SQL jdbc driver (sqljdbc4) for applicationIntent=ReadOnly, where to put

We have a SQL 2012 HA group that use HA listener for routing readonly traffic  top the secondary replica. We have to use the Microsoft jdbc driver (sqljdbc4) so that we can add the applicationIntent=Readonly to the connection string. I assume we need to add the driver to both JBDS client too and teiid 8.7 server runtime. I am wondering which folder should copy the driver too. Also it seems that the wizrd always remove the "applicationIntent=Readonly" setting from the url after I clicked ok. Thanks.
