How can we monitor the data which is being passed through VDB?

I have a VDB which is connected to a database.

I am posting through the VDB to Database.
The database is getting refreshed in a secs as i can see the posted data in it but through VDB i am getting the Posted data in 3mins.

Can anyone please suggest the cause of it ?

How can we monitor the VDB so that to know how much time it is taking ?

May be you have resultset or materialization caching turned on with TTL for 3 mins? You can always enable COMMAND log to see what commands are being sent to the server.
