EJB CMP create with JBoss IDE for eclipse

I've deployed a tutorial demo with Fibo session bean with XDoclet.
Now, I just want to create a EJB CMP Bean with JBoss IDE and I don't know how can I do that.

I have a question :
I have made the same Fibo example. But I have a promlem to deploy this.
I use Eclipse and the JBoss GUI plug in.

I get the message : [MainDeployer] Could not initialise deployments file .....

The FiboApp.ear file is in the path of the JBoss default server.

Maybe you can give me same information to catch this problem.

I have created all files .jar, .war, .ear ...

Then I will deploy -> deploy to .. the FiboApp.ear file, the file will be copied in the JBoss default Server path (File Order) , but the JBoss Console send the following message :

[MainDeployer] Could not initialise deployments file: D:/JBoss3.2.3/.../FiboApp.ear

The file is in the correct path.
Maybe I have to set some entries in the CLASSPATH ???? I don't know, what could be wrong.

Have you an idea ??
