Does this mean that I will have to purchase the subscription after 354 days..
Yes, if you want support you will need to purchase a subscription. However, the tooling will continue to work well after the first year.

poonamkadu Oct 30, 2014 3:28 AM (in response to poonamkadu)I had read that the license applies to the runtimes ..in this case the EAP server which came along with complete tool installer.
So if I do not want to purchase the subscription ...will i Be able to use the exiting JBDS (with existing BPEL support downloaded from Jboss Central) + RiftSAW Server for developement and production purposes.Actually ..Max and Nick ...I am exploring various options to setup developement and production environment for JBoss BPEL projects which would require minimum or no purchase of subscriptions.
Thanks

maxandersen Oct 30, 2014 10:59 AM (in response to poonamkadu)Yes, the license applies to the product runtimes, not to any community source/binaries you download.
The tools in eclipse/devstudio can be used freely for development - they are not considered related to production.
If you only use the community runtimes then you can use that for what you want but those will not be able to get support for via subscription, nor will you get patches/updates etc. Thus as long as you are aware of those limits/constraints and are okey with that then that is all up to you
