1. Re: Jboss Fuse Diagram View is not active
pleacu Jan 23, 2015 9:18 AM (in response to seybaa)Hey Jean -
The tools that form the 'integration stack' for JBoss should be installed from JBDSIS - it's easy. If you already have JBDS 8.0.0.GA
installed, the best way to get the Fuse Tooling (currently in beta for Luna) is through JBoss Central:
- start jbdevstudio
- select the Software/Update tab in the JBoss Central view
- check the 'Enable Early Access' checkbox
- select 'JBoss Integration and SOA Development' (this will give you both Fuse Tooling and SwitchYard)
If you'd rather use the Eclipse p2 installer:
- start jbdevstudio
- Help > Install New Software...
- Add...
- use this for Location: https://devstudio.redhat.com/updates/8.0-development/integration-stack/
Let me know if you have any problems.

3. Re: Jboss Fuse Diagram View is not active
lhein Jan 24, 2015 1:54 PM (in response to seybaa)Just to double check what you did:
- you installed JBDS
- you installed Fuse Tooling on top of JBDS
- you created a Fuse Project
- you changed to the Fuse Tooling perspective?
- you opened the "Camel Contexts" folder under your new project (in the Fuse Tooling perspective)?
- you opened the context file with the correct editor?
If you did all the above then the editor should show up fine. Maybe you could elaborate a bit more detailed what the steps where you did?
Thanks in advance,
Lars

lhein Jan 25, 2015 3:43 AM (in response to seybaa)Glad that it works for you now. I am still wondering though, why the Fuse Camel Editor wasn't the default editor for your context file.

seybaa Jan 26, 2015 5:04 AM (in response to maxandersen)I am wandering can swtichyard project be deploy on Fuse esb jboss-fuse-6.2.0.redhat-059 ?

11. Re: Jboss Fuse Diagram View is not active
maxandersen Jan 26, 2015 6:54 AM (in response to seybaa)ah - that explains it. Google unfortunately insists to have their xml editor marked as default for *all* xml (https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=28147)
The workaround is as you did, use the context menu to use Open With... and eclipse should use that the next time too for your file.

seybaa Jan 26, 2015 7:00 AM (in response to maxandersen)Tks LarsDo you have any idea if one has a Fuse esb jboss-fuse-6.2.0.redhat-059 server Then I can create a swtichyard project in jbds or in eclipse then deploy that project on jboss-fuse-6.2.0.redhat-059 ?or it has to be deploy on jboss-fsw-installer-6.0.0.GA ?Or to deploy on Fuse esb jboss-fuse-6.2.0.redhat-059 server the project has to be Fuse project type ?Tks
