teiid/queryengine/embedded is not started error

Hi, from time to time, some of customer will report error like the following, the teiid.queryengine.embedded service was not started. most time a restart will fix the issue. but we want to understand how it can happen in the 1st time and is there any way to prevent it from happening.

Is it possible that a connection is being attempted prior to the server being fully up?  Or is this after the server is running?

That most likely to be the case, since we had a data source that will point to the local Teiid jdbc connection. and it probably try to connect to Teiid before it is fully up.

one thing I noticed is that once the error show up, it cannot recover from it. we are using Teiid 8.7.

That wouldn't be expected as the LocalServerConnection and the context lookup will be attempted with each new connection.  Either the end client logic is expecting to always make a connection or the Teiid server is never coming up.
