Coherence Translator/Connector

I've made the initial commits for the Coherence Translator/Connector to this repo:   teiid/teiid-coherence · GitHub

This is built on the 8.12.x branch, 8.12.1-SNAPSHOT.

I'll be adding this to the translators and resource-adapter pages in the doc's tomorrow, unless you wish for me to hold off for some reason.

We've got 8.12 final, 8.13 and 9.0 doc locations - but nothing specific to 8.12.x as we've generally not introduced feature work on a branch in the community.  So at least for now it's ok to have the doc changes in 9.0 and 8.13 if desired.
