What it does?
If this is true then Undertow will record the request start time, to allow for request time to be logged. This has a small but measurable performance impact.
CLI command to enable it :
/subsystem=undertow/server=default-server/http-listener=default/:write-attribute(name=record-request-start-time,value=true)
