can we execute insert query on view created on teiid data virtualization layer ?

I have created a view with dynamic vdb,and want insert row on a view.

My view contains column from two tables from two dbs,Are we able to insert row in view and underlying table as well.

Yes, you can perform an insert/update/delete on the view. Take a look in the doc at how to define an update procedure (https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/TEIID/Update+Procedures)

Also some views are inherently updatable which means that instead of triggers are optional.
