JBEAP-4847 NPE in retry after a partitioned chunk
JBEAP-4862 Add step property (jberet.analyzer.txDisabled) to allow applictions to turn off PartitionAnalyzer transactions

jberet-core 1.2.1 is planned to be integrated to WildFly 10.1 (see WFLY-6757 Upgrade JBeret from 1.2.0.Final to 1.2.1.FInal), and future EAP 7.0.x release.
