Create  a JDBC Connection to SQL 2016 SP 1

    George Varghese Newbie

I am trying to create JDBC connection to SQL Server 2016. Got the JDBC drivers  as per the link:

Download Microsoft JDBC Drivers 6.0, 4.2, 4.1, and 4.0 for SQL Server from Official Microsoft Download Center

I am not able to create a connection. It says "Modify details in the fields below to provide a unique name, a list of required jars, and set any available and applicable property values." This has been set in the the screen shot below:

So I have included the  drivers and connection properties. However I am not able to click OK and go back to test  connection. I checked the SQL server is running and listening on port 1433

Any thoughts, why I am doing wrong
