How to make teiid dynamic update metadata?

Once the VDB deployed, the Source Metadata will be load to Teiid metadata repo, then the query can against on these tables, etc. Now there are occasion that the Source metadata may change, my question is:

• Does teiid has the ability to aware these changes and update metadata in teiid dynamicly?
• If yes, how?

Currently only if you re-deploy the VDB, then meta data is reloaded, if when the metadata is not set to "cached" mode.  see [1] cache settings. For Dynamic metadata updates, this issue [2] needs to be resolved
