Unable to connect to VDB having names with unicode characters

Hi,

If I have VDB with the name for example:你好 , I am not able to connect to it through the JDBC driver. The code shows a limitation in the regex that checks against valid URL formats. I have a requirement where VDB names belong to different languages. Do you see this as enhancement which should be made?

I have a regex change ready for this (in the client jdbc project) that I am using locally for my current requirements. Let me know if I should create a pull request for the same.

Yes please.  There is no requirement that a vdb name must be restricted.
