jboss tools "full publish" icon is missing

I use actual the "jboss tools"-version.

Where do I find a icon to trigger the "full publish" of resources to (wildfly) server?

Actually, I have to go to server view, right click to resources, menu item "full publish".

A "icon" for this action on the eclipse toolbar would be much better.

Where do I find that icon?

Hard to say for sure since you didn't way what version of JBoss Tools you're using, or what version of JDK. I conclude from your screenshot you're on a Mac, but I don't know what version. In future please report your environment details so it's easier to know what you're running, what versions, and on what OS.

You could also try hitting CTRL-3 (or CMD-3) and typing things like "publish" or "deploy" to find the method you're looking for, if there's no keyboard shortcut mapped.

I am using jboss tools 4.5.1.

Why is the icon removed. It was useful.

The other icons are not needed but the icon for redeploy was useful.

The icons were trimmed down to just one, server icon, in the toolbar. It seems like it was closed / committed for 4.5.2.am2.
