From what you are showing you are actually executing sq_iqfile. Teiid expects there to be a dbspaceName parameter.
What is your expectation? Do you expect that parameter to be optional?

Here after importing am not able to run the procedures.
But if I will connect to local server, then I am able to run the procedures.
Please note that the command used to run procedure was same for the virtual db as well as local server.

If I understand everything correctly this seems to come down to Teiid expecting the dbspaceName parameter, while Sybase does not. From what I can see the JDBC import logic currently is only looking at nullability for parameters. It is not importing the default value - can you log a JIRA issue to add handling for that?
